Can New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority make you pay a loan that they cannot?
Show the paperwork, or copies of, of the Orgional loan, or, lacking that, from which school and school year?
They claim that it was over a co signing, and will not produce paperwork, but, are taking part of the person’s Social Security check over it.

Contact the SSA and ask them to provide you with the reason/documentation the funds are being garnished.
